Overview
This opportunity came to fruition during the start of the pandemic which shared its challenges with this highly customizable home located in Palm Beach, FL.
Without stepping foot in the home, GSD designed the entire Palm Beach residence remotely turning the original spec house into a modern home with bold glamour, and an eclectic personality. The vision came to life through a collection of bespoke and vintage pieces which shared a fun interactive and upbeat take on traditional, “Palm Beach Style". The client wanted each room to feel purposeful to its role within the house and to have its own unique personality. With a fresh approach on colours, curves and materials throughout the home the goal was a harmony of sophistication, and playfulness. Collectable design works were also paired with family friendly items to ensure this stylized home was still approachable and livable for the clients children. This project was a great collaboration between the client and designer, and we have since worked on a number of other homes for this family.
