Belpark

Within a four-week turnaround time, the GSD team was able to produce custom millwork and bespoke furnishings as well as procure lighting, furniture pieces and artwork from around the globe to furnish, decorate and style this show home. The design brief was to maximize an efficient apartment floorplan and create a livable, design forward space. Working with luxury materials that are both durable and family friendly, this space was a study in livable luxury in a small space.  We were thrilled to hear this display helped sell remaining inventory in record time. For furnishing, we designed a custom rug that ran vertically throughout the living and dining room added bespoke sofa, and glass coffee table sculptural mirrors to create the illusion of more space. A custom banquette for the dining area provided significant space savings and taking advantage of soft curved shapes, and materiality that helped soften up the modern space and create more of an identity throughout the home.
